Big Majors Spot and Fishing

The "major" attractions on Big Major Spot are the relatively tame pigs that you can feed and which will swim with you if you entice them into the water with food (bread).

Carol is finding out the pigs aren't as in to healthy foods (vegetables) as one would think.

This one would pose for pictures as long as it included a meal.

This is the view the pigs have every day.

Just down from the pig beach Jay found a cave to explore at low tide.

We decided to go back and get him rather than make him swim for it.

From Big Majors to Little Halls Pond we went outside to do some fishing. Jay has hooked the first Mahi Mahi of the day.

After we had filleted Susan's fish, Jay brought in his. Only for yours truly to once again do a bad job of gaffing. We got him on  the boat only to watch him spit the hook out and get off the gaff and then slip back into the water. Sorry Jay.
